Angry Attack IR not working at all

Put Attack IR out on 1/12 and took it down today (1/15). It took pics all day until 9:00 PM. 1/12. The last few pics were black and then it stopped working at 9:00 PM 1/12. I went to get it today and the camera was dead. Brand new batteries were installed and still nothing. I have sent 3 Cuddeback Captures back and went to the newer Attack IR. So far I haven't gotten a good one yet. What do I have to do to get one to work?

People are having a lot of problems with the Attack. If it's still under warranty maybe return it and go with an Ambush.

I beg to differ, but I don't think there are a lot of people having a lot of problems with the Attack or the Attack IR.I've been running both types for over a year now non-stop without any problems. What you need to do is have a fresh set of batteries and the camera in question and call Cuddeback. Maybe they diagnose the problem over the phone and if not, if it's still under warranty they will tell you to send it back. I hope this helps, good luck.

I have 15 attack ir (replaced my no flash and captures) and had a few issues when they first came out. Now that I have got those replaced I couldn’t be happier with these cameras. Battery life is un-real and picture quality is amazing. Also wanted to give a thank you to the service, the phone response is 100% better and they are very helpful to walk you through any issues.

I couldn't agree more with you dewh! I'm very pleased with my Attack and customer service, when and if needed, is simply great.

I guess when the Attacks were first released a lot of them were defective. Seems like Cuddeback took care of the problem.

    Attack Ir not working

Check to make sure the battery terminals didn't bend down when you dropped in the new batteries. The metal contacts in the battery compartment are not quite springy enough and can be bent by too much pressure on the batteries so it doesn't make contact when you close the door. I used a pencil to reach down in the camera and bend them back up a little and Viola! Now I make sure to slide the batteries in easier when I switch them out. I was at a hunting camp a couple of months ago and a guy told me I could have his Attack if I could fix it. I had it fired up in 3 seconds after bending back up the metal terminal. Of course I had to give it back to him.
