What do I need to do to view the Attack IR videos .m4v with Windows Media player ? I've ran all the updates for media player. Running XP ver. 5.1.260 All the other cameras I have you just plug the card in the reader and they play. This is the first Cuddeback I've owned and I would think it would be a common format. Hope I don't have to purchase something special just to view the video files. Thanks for the info.

What you need to do is get QuickTime player to watch your videos. The media player from Windows won't read these videos because of the way they are formatted. Or you can download Real Player to watch the videos, either method will work. I hope this helps, good luck.:)
