How do you get some one on the phone at cuddeback

I have been a die hard cuddeback user for the past 6 years and i know that all cams have a problem now and then but that's not my problem with cuddeback, it is with there customer service our the lack of, I have been on hold for 1hr and 38min and still not talked to one person and by the way no 1-800 number, I was just trying to find out how to send my 2 no-flash cams back and up grade to the attack irs but if this is what cuddeback calls customer service I think I will give my business to a company that will at least answer the phone and has a 1-800 number.

glad I didnt wait... i stayed on phone for 15 mins 4 times and hung up.

If you can't wait more than 15 min on the phone, you should consider another hobby. Have a little more patience.

If 1 hour and 38 min is not patience screw cuddeback I just got off the phone with ******* ordered 2 cameras and resolved a issue with guess who's card reader you got it cuddebacks all in 9 min and 17 seconds on my cell phone wow what a concept customer service thanks *******
